5. Payments & Billing

• All payments must be made according to the invoice terms provided by ByteClarify.

• All fees, subscriptions, and project charges are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed:

• All source code, designs, software, content, and deliverables created by ByteClarify remain the intellectual property of ByteClarify until full payment is received.

• After full payment, ownership may be transferred to the Client depending on the agreement terms.

• You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or exploit any ByteClarify materials without written permission.

7. Confidentiality

Both ByteClarify and the Client agree to maintain confidentiality for:

• Proprietary materials

• Client records

• Technical documentation

8. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

• Downtime or issues caused by external services

9. Warranties & Limitations of Liability
